Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Find quick answers to the most common queries from our clients regarding taxes, immigration, and corporate services.

1. Do I need to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?

While we are flexible and welcome walk-ins when there is availability, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. This allows us to dedicate the uninterrupted time and attention your case deserves.

2. What documents do I need to bring to file my taxes?

For individuals, you will generally need a valid photo ID, Social Security card or ITIN for you and your dependents, and proof of income (such as W-2s or 1099s). For business owners, please bring your business income and expense records for the past year.

3. How long does an immigration process take (e.g., family petition)?

Processing times vary greatly depending on the type of petition and the current workload at USCIS. When preparing your form, we will provide you with a current estimate based on official government processing times.

4. Are your translations valid for USCIS or courts?

Yes. We provide "Certified Translations", which means they include a signed certification letter attesting to the accuracy of the translation. These documents are 100% accepted by Immigration (USCIS) and local legal entities.

5. I have a small business, can you handle my bookkeeping monthly?

Absolutely! We offer Bookkeeping services where we take care of reconciling your bank accounts, categorizing expenses, and providing monthly financial reports so you always know the financial health of your business.
